Lead Biodiversity Informatician (Full time, permanent). The post holder will provide technical oversight and expertise to science staff, stakeholders and collaborators, and will be expected to engage in, oversee and deliver projects of great impact to scientists, managers, users and stakeholders at Kew enabling them to work better through the application of modern, innovative solutions and technologies. Lead Developer (Web) (Full time, permanent). Working with the Director of Science and the senior managers, the post holder will facilitate the disseminate of our scientific knowledge of plants and fungi, maximising its impact in science, education, conservation policy and management. https://careers.kew.org/vacancy/lead-developer-web-227169.html.

Content Digitiser - Plants of the World Online Portal Project (Full time, 18 month contract). The Biodiversity Informatics team is undertaking an ambitious new project to deliver an online global resource for plants: the Plants of the World Online Portal (POWOP). The project is high profile and innovative and the team requires a motivated, enthusiastic content digitiser to help us deliver.
