Position will involve research at theintersection of biodiversity-ecosystem services research and pollinationecology and is based in Rachael Winfree’s lab group at RutgersUniversity ( <>). The selectedapplicant will lead a landscape-scale field experiment to explore therelationship between pollinator diversity and the pollination deliveredto spring ephemeral plant communities, as well as leading the analysisand paper-writing for the project. The project is a collaboration withNeal Williams at UC Davis and the Postdoctoral Associate will workcollaboratively with both Winfree and Williams on multiple aspects ofthe project. Applications will be evaluated based on past researchproductivity, alignment of applicant experiences with the goals of theWinfree lab, and the individual’s potential to grow as a productive,independent investigator. Target start date is April 2016 and theposition is funded for two years.Qualifications:  Applicants must have a Ph.D in ecology or a relatedfield, a strong track record of leading successful field researchprojects, and excellent statistical and simulation modeling skills usingR.
