Research funding opportunity for European scientists in natural sciences.
SYNTHESYS Funding is available to scientists based in European Member, Associate and Candidate States to undertake short visits to utilise the collections and analytical facilities at one of the 17 partner institutions for the purposes of their research. Call 3 for proposals is open with a deadline at Thursday 15th October 2015. Visits need to be implemented during 2016.

New – SE-TAF offers access to state-of-the-art instruments at Vegacenter which permit innovative research in the field of geoscience
The SYNTHESYS grant covers research costs, international travel, accommodation, a Per Diem contributing towards living costs, and logistical support while at the visiting institution. Participation is free of charge. A typical visit duration is ca 3 weeks.
